Yes, you can. Click whichever one you want to transfer and there will be an option to.

Click the bits icon, click transfer, and input how many bits you want transferred into credits.

I believe the transfer rate is around 10 bits per credit.

Yes, the rates are horrible right now though so be careful when trading
