Go to your profile and in your inventory there's a usernames tab.

Yes, you're only able to sell past usernames, you're unable to sell your current username

Go to "My Backpack," there will be a username option. You can see all your usernames, you can sell them by clicking on them and in the corner you should see a "list for sale" option.
