We all know about it, and we all see it. It's obvious. Nobody ever wants to admit it, but it's there.
People on this sub hate The Dark Knight trilogy.
The first question to ask: why? Why do you all hate it? The obvious answer: you didn't watch it in it's prime.
Likely explanation: I know that most of you are around 14 or 15 years old. That means you only got into capeshit in the last couple years. So you never watched The Dark Knight trilogy in it's prime.
And because you didn't watch it in it's prime, you try to compensate for that by diving into respect threads and analyzing crossover movies. But here's the thing: The Dark Knight trilogy isn't done on Excel spreadsheets. The moment somebody brings up "vengeance" or "Matt Reeves" I know they know nothing about capeshit.
The Dark Knight trilogy's game cannot be encapsulated by one story. It's the greatest Batman series ever, and one of the 5 best superhero movie series to ever play the game.
So when I hear somebody say that Ben Affleck or Robert Pattinson are better than Christian Bale, I laugh, because I know that anybody who watched The Dark Knight trilogy in it's prime wouldn't think that. Unlike you guys, I have watched capeshit for a significant amount of time, so I know that Christian is better.
You might be jealous of The Dark Knight's rotten tomatoes score, or jealous of it's status as the **SECOND** Batman series to ever be called "kino" ([BURTON WAS THE FIRST](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ?si=yw1gqGV8m7wXxHHX)), or whatever. Unless you're a Murphy fan who watched Batman Begins in 2005, or a Ledger fan who watched The Dark Knight in 2008, you don't know what real, cold-blooded, detective-ing looks like. And there's nothing wrong with that.
This subreddit would make you think that The Dark Knight isn't even a top 100 superhero movie ever.
So don't go spouting ******** about movies you didn't watch. Talk about your "greats" like Ben Affleck or Robert Pattinson The Best Batman in the World, but leave the Bale talk to the adults. Fair?
