If he quit then he didn't do anything in the last month then he doesn't get anything, and the user of the week trophy means user of the current week not last week
If he really wants to win the trophy then he shouldn't have given up

Sire, In my best wishes. I do wish for this not to be petitioned out of my words. I was inactive for nearly over 5 months and do not deserve such reward. I'd rather it be given to a more active member of the community, sire.
