Taking a look at the ad, there are two strings of text.

It's almost obvious that these strings of text represent links. Both appear very similar, both beginning with "oaawz://ddd.iyprwshula.jvt"

After some trial and error googling through different ways of encoding and such, I stumbled upon the idea that each letter is just shifted but a certain amount aka a Caesar cipher. This amount is by 7 letters, a hint that darks 100 later dropped.

Using this knowledge, those links can be decoded into

The second link is what is important. The description of the clothing item "hi" contains:

Which looks to be morse code that decodes into:

"DM DARKS SAYING "100 STUDIOS IS THE BEST!"

And that's how you solve the 100 Studios Ad puzzle.
