Why dont i have Fashion Designer 1?

I have made around 30 to 40 clothing items (some were declined which is why i said 30 to 40)

Cause over half of ur stuff is stolen and declined

I also do not receive it, even tho I had more than 25 created clothing already.

how do i equip clothing

Since you have uploaded the Clothing it will count since it's in your inventory and users can buy if you enable the price to sell.
