Kinda different from normal daily scripture and motivations that I normally do, but I'd like to bring up a whole Bible story today: The Widow's Offering, found in Mark 12:41-44.

Jesus and his followers were at an place of offering, watching as the crowds donated their tithes for the church. Rich people came by and placed big donations out of their wealth. But then, a poor widow came by and dropped only two bronze coins, which in those days were only worth a few cents. Rather then blasting at the woman, Jesus would express appreciation for her, saying she donated the most to the church, because she donated all she had. So, as you go on the rest of this day, ask yourselves: how can I give all I have for God? All my spare time? All of my talents? All of my spare money even (at least 10% if you're tight on cash)? God bless all of you!

Today's daily scripture and motivation comes from James 4:7: "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

Temptations are serious sins and are hard to overcome, especially when they start to become addictions. The enemy will use our temptations to pull us away from God and the life that He has planned for us, and will even try to use them to demolish our salvation in Christ. If you're struggling with some sort of temptation (or maybe even an addiction) this morning, submit not just the sin to God, but also yourselves and the dreams and desires you have. I know this sounds cheesy, but I can personally testify on this. I personally struggle with on-again, off-again sin habits, and I've always found myself holding power over them when God is at the center focus of my dreams and desires. Only when I'm not focused on God do I fall back into these habits again. Focus on God and He will strengthen you over temptations. God bless all of you all!

Sorry I haven't done this in a week. Today's daily scripture & motivation comes from Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

If you're going through a trial in your life right now, do not stress yourself over it. Take heart and know that God's got your back. He's never abandoned you and He never will. He's never stopped loving you and He never will. He only wants the best for you and would never allow something terrible to happen to you for wicked pleasures. I pray that God will make His love known to you this morning, and comfort you in these trials in your life, so that you may fully believe that everything will be okay. Hold onto your faith and have hope! He will deliver you from your burdens! God bless all of you I hope you all have a great day!

Today's daily scripture & motivation comes from Isaiah 30:21: "Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, β€œThis is the way; walk in it.”

God created your life with a unique purpose and a perfect plan to fufill it, so if you feel lost this morning with nowhere to go, trust in the LORD and give Him permission to take control of your life, and He will guide you to where you're needed to be. He will also bless you with the skills and talents you'll need to fufill His calling on your life and the wisdom to say and do the right things. Don't let fear trying to convince you that you're unqualified to be where you're going, because if God's trying to call you to go somewhere, it's for a reason. After all, the LORD is perfect and He can't make a mistake. God bless all of you and I hope you all have a wonderful day today!
