I was termed for bits and credits farming. (Nov 2023)
Came back after an hour. (Proved I was wrong)

I was again banned for hate speech (May 2023)
Came back after proven wrong.


I was banned banned for item fraud. (Dec 2023)
Came back after proven wrong.

So the point is that if he is smart enough or prove he is not guilty (which is unlikely due to his age) he can come back.
