Two duck cap?

There are now 2 duck cap,the previous one which cost 10bits was renamed to "classic duck cap" and the new one which was released today cost 15 bits.Why would they want to have 2 duck cap?What the difference between them?

After looking at it,the new one's colour seem to be lighter and the top is much flatter than the original,but what would the two caps' price are so ridiculously different?
