How to appeal a perm ban

So I am 360/TeeSheps I was the first person to get IP banned on site and managed to get perm banned on the one that was my main for using alts I still don't know if anybody broke my ban% record of 36 seconds but how to appeal

I think you were banned for saying racial slurs to get your “world record” so i dont think you’re gonna get unbanned…
