I can't really give an opinion, as I find most people just kind of become themselves and try not to put an act on. You should be yourself, not put an act on to look cool in front of other people.
I don't like calling people weird/goofy, just people like to be themselves but other people find it odd and strange, though it isn't strange it's just them.
It's mainly what modern people call a
'People Pleaser'
