In order to acquire purged in your username, you can 1 of 2 things. The first is by simply putting purged in your username when you sign up and/or change your username. The second method is by having a username that breaks the terms of service but not bad enough to get you banned. This will result in the admins erasing your name and the byproduct of that is having your username changed to purged followed by your user id followed by random letters and numbers that are randomly capitalized

you see, if you name a guild a username, and then steal that persons profile picture from a comment like mine, you will be the puppet master. because if you post as that guild, it shows up here, and alongside other users, it looks completely normal! now, in the case of that guild, it used to be a donation guild, and the exact thing i just talked about, without even knowing it. they named the guild a username, they put up a profile picture as a guild icon, and eventually, admins realized all of this, and shut it down. but, each time, he would put it back up. and, i guess, he got tired. and dumped it in the sea of other abandoned guilds.
